Milk

Lactobacillus acid found in milk is an excellent moisturizer for dry, itchy skin. It contains milk proteins like an AHA – an alpha hydroxy acid – that brightens, smooths, and exfoliates the skin. One of the many things that Cleopatra loves is the healing effects of milk. There are many ways to use this fantastic ingredient to get rid of your dry winter skin. Use warm milk in a luxurious bath to soften your skin. Then, use a washcloth that you made from milk and place it in a bowl of cool water.
